Please understand that I am one person and to allow 5/6 business days before asking for shipping information. With every purchase (unless sent by letter mail) there will be a tracking number provided for your package. Please check this tracking number regularly until you receive it.

 

 I do not refund, once the package is out of my hands it's no longer in my control. I can offer a required signature option to insure extra security on the delivery of your package. This option will need to be requested in your check out notes and it is also highly recommended for folks who have porch pirates.

If you need repair services I can provide it for half of the cost of the original* price.
